Meditation Technique for “Peace of Mind”- The World Peace
The function of human brain is to control & coordinate different parts of our body. Our brain consists of 30 billion cells i.e neurons. The upper part of brain is cerebrum and the lower part of brain is linked to Hypothalamus. The lower brain is mind and the upper part is intellect. Studies have shown that four types of wave patterns develop in our brain. Beta wave patterns are linked with day to day working life i.e active state of mind. Alfa wave patterns are linked with peace and relaxation i.e passive of mind. Theta wave patterns are linked with stress, anxiety, frustration, conflict, anger, aggressiveness, violence and crime i.e disturbed state of mind. Delta wave patterns are linked with deep sleeping stage i.e very relaxing state of mind.
LDM Meditation Technique is a state of meditation where no need to control the mind as it leads to a deep state of relaxation. Hence, it is termed “Longduration Deep Meditation”. L.D.M is a powerful meditation technique which helps to change the mind and release repressed emotional blockages. For deep relaxation Alfa waves patterns play very important role. The Alfa waves patterns are helpful for producing the happy hormone i.e serotonin. Serotonin has a calming effect on our mind. Meditation is helpful for production of Alfa waves and for control of upper brain over the lower brain which ultimately help us from shackles of everyday stress, anger, fear, hatred, anxiety and aggressiveness. LDM meditation technique increases the positivity of mind hence it should be used as an effective tool for world peace.
