  • Alkaline Juices like Carrot Juice, Ashgourd Juice, Bottlegourd Juice, Tender Cocunut Water 
  • Fruits such as Papaya, Guava, Pineapple, Sweet lime, Grapefruit, Strawberries, Kiwi & vegetable such as cauliflower, broccoli, Ganth Gobhi, Kale, Bell peppers, Tomatoes.
  • Herbs and spices like Ginger, Holy basil, Turmeric, Black pepper have naturally occurring anti-inflammatory compounds

Yoga

Stretching and strengthening in yoga postures can provide musculoskeletal improvement.  Asanas is concerned with loosening up the joints of the body which eliminates energy blockages in the joints. Practice Sukshma Vyayam a  basic exercises involving the movement of all of the body parts of the toes to head, joints movements to make body flexible and fit for asana like Tadasana, Katichakrasana, Gomukhasana, Makrasana.
