Ayurveda Panchkarma

Ayurveda does not separate the external world from the inner world. Cosmic energy manifests in the five elements that are ether, air, fire, water & earth. Prakruti and Vikruti are described in terms of the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. We are either born with one of the three doshas prominent, or with a dual doshas prominence as a combination of Vata and Pitta equally or Pitta and Kapha equally.

The balance of the doshas in each person will promote health and well-being, while imbalance leads to ill-health and disease. Both Prakruti and Vikruti can be ascertained by careful diagnosis which includes a detailed case history and general physical examination. Ayurveda emphasizes preventative and healing therapies along with various methods of purification and rejuvenation. A rejuvenation therapy can revitalize senses, detoxify the body, restore good health and young look and even increase resistance to diseases.
